On May 8, 2020 several Nevada law enforcement agencies gathered at the James D. Hoff Peace Officer Memorial to conduct a virtual memorial ceremony in lieu of the regularly scheduled ceremony that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On May 7, 2020 Father Tom Nelson of Bishop Manogue Catholic High School conducted a virtual mass dedicated to Nevada’s fallen peace officers.
